Shipping Policy

Orders placed before 12:00 p.m.  GMT/UTC + 2h Monday through Friday will take 1-5 days to process prior to shipping, excluding major holidays.

Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and major holidays will begin to process 3-5 days on the next business day.

  • Free Standard Shipping: Free shipping is available only within Greece, for purchases above 150 Euros and on promotions created by on the website.

  • Standard Shipping: €4 - €6 per order by weight shipping for 2 business days within Attiki, Greece.

  • Shipping to islands: €6 - €10 per order by weight shipping for shipping to islands within Greece.

  • Shipping within the Europe: €43 - €50 per order by weight shipping for shipping to Europe.

  • We are not able to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  • Deliveries are made on business days (Monday - Friday) between 10.00-17.00. All deliveries within Greece are made with the shipping company ACS Courier.

  • Shipping outside of Greece is done with the Greek Post, Elta. Whereby the recipient signs for the delivery of the mail. Shipping costs vary depending on the delivery mode and destination, your shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout.

  • The expected delivery times should be taken as a guide only. Moreover, we are not responsible for any delays caused by the mailing company or by credit card authorization processes in regard to the shipping date.

  • From time to time we launch free shipping promotions. During this time please note that the free shipping promotion will be added to your order at checkout.
    If you need to return a purchased item during a free shipping promotion, your return will be free.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns & Exchanges

When you buy something from us, we hope you love it. However, should you change your mind, you have up to 14 days from the date of delivery of an item to return Europe-bought full-price items and sale items to us for a refund or exchange.

Please also refer to our cancellation policy further down for full details of your cancellation rights.


Once you have cancelled the contract in accordance with the Cancellation Policy:

  • For Returns, please follow the instructions set out in the Returns By Post or Returns to Stores sections below, which set out how to return the item or items you have cancelled; or

  • For Exchanges, please follow the instructions in the Exchanges section below.


Our standard right of return or exchange is also subject to the following conditions:

Unless an item is faulty or where you are exercising your right to cancel your contract, unwanted items need to be returned in a re-saleable condition. With that in mind, please keep all original packaging, tags etc and return the items undamaged.


Faulty items

Faulty items can be returned within 14 days. Should you receive a faulty item please contact Customer Service by email or by phone on +30 210 3006315 stating your Order Number and the nature of the fault. Customer service has the right to request a picture of the faulty item before acceptance of return.

Orders within Greece and the EU: Please follow the instructions under Returns by Post below. We will not refund the postage cost you incur to return the items. Please ensure you return faulty items to us within 14 days. For faulty items that have been worn/used or returns outside our Standard Returns & Exchanges Policy, please contact Customer Services by email at or by phone on +30 210 3006315 for further assistance.

Returns by Post

Please complete the section on the Returns Proforma Invoice, detailing each item, quantity, size and color. Place this form in your parcel, along with your items. If you have a returns label from the mailing company, please attach it to your package.

If you do not have a returns label, please check your receipt and return your goods to the sender.

You can also print the Returns Proforma Invoice form from the following links for the LNKM store, here for the Coccinelle Store in Marousi and here for the Coccinelle Store in Cyprus Limassol, make sure you choose the correct return address by checking your receipt.

Be sure to send your package using a secure or traceable method - such as ELTA registered by post and that you keep your proof of postage.

If the returned item is lost during transit we, the company and are not responsible and you will incur the cost.


Returns to Stores

You may also return items purchased at the senders address. Find the senders address on your receipt.

To do so, you must bring along either the dispatch note from your parcel or the dispatch email you received when it was delivered. Unfortunately we cannot process store-bought returns at our warehouse or at the company, LANAKAM SA. Please return your items to our retail store (Sender). We do not accept return merchandise that was bought from other retailers of the brands.

Physical shops are not able to issue online store credit, or perform exchanges for items purchased through PayPal.

Returning a Gift

If you have received a gift from and you are not happy with it, you are more than welcome to return it to us.
If you have a receipt or dispatch note:

Return your gift via post using our Returns Proforma Invoice provided in the original package.

The amount paid for the item will be sent to the IBAN you provide on the Returns Proforma Invoice.  If you would prefer that the sender’s account is credited for the gift please follow the instructions under Returns by Post. Alternatively, feel free to exchange the item at any of our stores by taking along your receipt or dispatch note with your gift.

Cancellation of order / Right to withdraw 

It is possible to cancel your order in the following cases:

  • Before shipping the product - Cancellation is possible by sending an email to or by phone at +30 210 3006315 daily 09: 00 – 18.00 and Saturday 09: 00 - 17: 00.

  • In case of cancellation after the shipment of your order, you will be charged the shipping costs.

  • Upon receipt of the product you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product.


It is to be clarified that the conditions for damage to the returned products must be met in order to proceed with the return of the product. See below:


In any case the returned products must be in the same condition received by the customer.

This means:

  • They should not be damaged and their packaging should be the same that normally accompanies the product.

  • The product should be in perfect condition (with their factory packaging i.e box or jelly) the tag on the clothing must be attached. We will not accept items returned without their tags.

  • Accompany all documents with which the product was delivered (eg Retail Receipt, Invoice etc.).


Within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product, you have the right to return it and receive your money back. Refunds are always made at the purchase price of the product on the day of purchase, minus the shipping costs. Your money will be deposited within 14 business days of receiving the products to be returned and if they meet the requirements for the returned products as described above.

You will be charged a sum of €3.00 relating to bank remittance expenses incurred by our company.

Extra charges may be incurred by the customer from his or her own bank, which corresponds to each bank's pricelist for which we are not responsible. It is reminded that refunds are only possible if the right of withdrawal is used.

Ιn any case, if you choose any other way of returning the product other than the General Post Office, you will be charged the cost of the return that our company will be charged.
